Launchcast Music Problem

I have Yahoo DSL. I use Internet Explorer to connect, although I also have the SBC Yahoo DSL Browser installed. I have been using the Launchcast Plus through the Yahoo DSL link to play radio stations. When you click on the radio station, a window open and it starts connecting and plays the Launchcast Plus radio station. I have used this for a few years without a problem. Now, whenever I use it, I cannot get it to Tune In the song, artist, and title information. It just keeps showing the "Tuning" bars. I have use SBC Yahoo help menu and directly entered all the information stated to solve this problem, disabled all pop-up blocker, directly added the required information, but nothing works. I still cannot get the display to show the song, title, and artist. It is always stuck on the "Tuning" bars. I re-installed Media Player 10 and that did not help. I have spoken 2 times with SBC Yahoo DSL Tech Support, and they do not provide any solution other than to say it is Microsoft's problem.
I would appreciate any feedback on whether anyone else has this problem and if so, how did they fix it so they can get the song, artist and song title to display on Launchcast plus when playing a radio station?

Well, I will start with the basics. You are running which version of Windows? Do you have all your latest service packs installed? Do you have a firewall? What add-on are currently running under your IE?
