Isn't that associated with Windows Update? wuauclt.dll that is. That's probably why you're unable to delete it, probably proteced by Windows or somethin'. I assume you've tried SafeMode. And I assume you've tried the online scanners and nothin' can heal it? I dunno what to tell ya Thee that ya probably haven't already tried. Haha. Perhaps a repair install of Windows would fix that file since it's associated with Windows Update.

well actually im trying to backup my data then format BUT i keep getting this damn error... the error happens everytime i open something, ANYTHING, it could be anything from the calculator to the task manager... i forget the exact error but it gives this little box then closes the program and u gotta fight with it to keep it open...

Weird. TROJ_QOOLOGIC.AE is a name for a Trojan given by Avast. So maybe you could try disabling Avast? I'd be careful of what you back up though, if yer computer's infected with a trojan. Haha. Try to figure out what that error message is. That'd help a million in solving this problem.

the error says

Hm. That's strange. Well, yeah, the only thing I can think of is a repair install of Windows. Sounds like somethin' on yer computer got screwed up by that trojan.
