blocking email

Greetings. I have been receiving unwanted email from an individual. I know I can hit the delete button and I do. I can set up filters. But is there some sort of programme by which I can entirely block this person. Since it's a hotmail address, my Spam Inspector says I can't bounce messages back to this person.
Is there anything I can do other than filter or delete?

get two new e-mail addresses. one for junk. one not.

What e-mail prograzm are you using? Is there a blacklist somewhere?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do with Hotmail other than set that individual's messages to be automatically deleted. I did that with some unwanted email from Hotmail and I never see it.
