I personally, think it is a hoax.

You can Tweak windows for free, if you Google around a bit.

I have tried some s.c Tweaking softwares. And I don't think they give much of a performance boost.
The best way to "tweak" a Windows machine, is to shut down unnessisary services, Defrag on at least a monthly basis. Scan your PC for Spyware regulary. Run a cleaning software, like "System cleaner".
And get a registry repair software.

Keep your drivers updated.

There is no magic tweaking, that makes your PC run like a F1 Race car.

And when it all comes down to speed. The hardware you got, sets the limit for the speed.

Hello

I tried that website above and when i actually went into look at the info on it or any tricks they had with windows, the only trick i saw was the page cannot be displayed, so it is more foul you.
