hi
i have just installed my sound blaster audigy 2 on a new computer. my speakers had worked fine but now when i run the calibration, the left speaker is playing back sound at a considerably higher volume than my right speaker... why?? i have never had tis problem and nothing i have tried has worked. i tried reconfiguring the sound levels but nothing happens. i have a altec lansing 4.1 speakers, but only 2 front speakers are plugged in right now. i only have room for the front two and this is a new problem for me... how do i resolve this??

Did you go into sounds and audio devices properties and click on the speaker volume button and adjust it from there? Also, you can click on the advanced tab next to it and select the setup that best matches yours.
