Ok, I tried to follow all of the advice I found on here and it isn't working. I have no disks for Windows XP. I created a floppy disk from a website I found. It was suppose to fix it and it did. It let me back into Windows....however, when I went to restore it back to a prior restore point, my computer crashed. Now I can't get into Windows at all. It continues to reboot and then re-reboot. It won't even let me start in Safe mode. Any advice appreciated.

I had the same issue once. What is did was replace/over write my Boot.ini file. I don't know if there is a way to overwrite from cmd. I was able to access mine from the other os I have installed on my pc.
