Internet relay Chat IP Adress

I have a chat room (channel) on the ICQ server (irc.icq.com). I am the "founder" and an "op" for this channel, and would like to know of a way to find the IP addresses of the people in my channel. The ICQ server doesnot allow the use of the TRACE and DNS commands. I am wondering if there is a way to do this with out downloading some special IRC client.
