Why does it lag so much after i play a game?
At first i have 200-300 and after i play a game it jumps to 5000-10000 and even 80000?
When i play on a local server everything its ok!

its on your connection to the host... make sure your not running any other programs like messenger, torrent, or P2p downloads... hmmnn... and the firewall maybe? you can't expect much in battle net coz there are lots of people with different connections there. it would be best on a fast dsl connection rather than dial -up.
