Ok Here Is My Problem, Everytime I Try To Open My Yahoo Messenger It Looks Like Its About To Open Then It Doesn't I Have Uninstalled It And Installed It A Few Times And It Still Does The Same Thing. Then It Shows The Lil Smiley At Tool Bar But Then When I Try To Click It, It Disappears. Someone Please Help Me!

I am having the same problem only difference is that when i am at work i am able to login to messenger with no problem.I uninstalled it then reinstalled same issue persist.

This may not be the only answer. However, it is a work-around that should definitely do the trick. Got to... http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/learn/ ...There you can download Trillian, the basic version is free and will allow you to use Yahoo messenger. Plus there is a really cool Geiger skin you can get with it.

Check out... http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/support/manual.php ...You should be able to find all the help you need there. Let me know how things work out for you. I haven't used Trillian in a long time, however if need be, I will reinstall it and walk you though it.

Yes it did work thank you, however since then i was able to get yahoo messenger working again on my computer trillian was pretty good.

Trillian is not just good... As Tony The Tiger would say it is 'G-R-E-A-T!' With it I can be logged in to AOL, Yahoo, and MSN messenger all at the same time. So easy to use; for those of you that are interested, it does ICQ and chat rooms too. Gotta love something so easy to use and let's me stay connected to friends regardless of what messenger they use. Plus, I use the Geiger skin (Based on the Alien movies) it make cool sounds too.
