Hello, and thanks for reading my post.
I am currently trying to open my PS2 case, and I know the screws are behind those lids on the back, but my question is, what is the best way to pop those lids off without damaging the case?
Also, once I pop them off, can I put them back on?
Thank you!

First of all if you open up the case, this ruins your warrenty, if you have any. There are tiny screws all over the ps2 case. I'm not sure how you are going to damage the case... Just becareful removing the cover.

Yeah, thanks for the warning.
Thing is, I foolishly imported some games that won't work, so I am going to install the magic switch pro stuff in my ps2 so I can play them. I need to open it up to put one of the keys in, lets just hope I dont damage something ;p
I know where the screws are, on the back of the case, there are a few rubber lids and plastic caps over them, but im just not sure whats the best approach to taking those caps off.

take off the caps and unscrew the ps2..slowly take it off. Then you can do watever u need..i've done this plenty of times to clean my ps2..u can screw the screws back in and put the caps back on...just don't put the screws in the wrong holes..and DONT USE A HAIRDRYER TO DRY ANYTHING..IT WILL SHRINK SOME METALS AND YOUR PS2 WON'T WORK

Actually it's fine to use a hairdrier, just turn the heat off. Haha Or on low, and keep some distance. The best way to remove the caps, and the way I do it, is to use a small flat-head screw driver and just slide it under the edge and pry up. It should pop right off and without damage to the case.
