A recent survey by consumer affairs shows that 30 percent users have reduced the use of the Internet due to spam, virus, identity theft etc. I think it is important to take appropriate steps by the internet community and law enforcement agency to make online marketplace safer. What you suggest to add to build up the trust among the Web users.
