Please do me a favor and answer my research's online questionnaire

Dear forum users,
You are invited to participate in research being conducted by faculty and a graduate student in the department of Applied Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). This study has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of UALR and my dissertation committee.
The purpose of this research is to explore electronic service quality delivered via the Web from the perspective of Internet shoppers.
The attached questionnaire is the most important part of my research and it is considered the primary tool to collect data. It has been designed to collect information about haw satisfactory you are about your last online purchasing transaction.
I do appreciate you completing the questionnaire within three days. This should take about 15 minutes. Answer the survey questions to the best of your ability, by choosing one of the multiple answers that fit your shopping experience. Once you are done, simply select the DONE button to send us your answers.
