Windows Automatically Minimize??

My brother's computer seems to be automatically minimizing windows and programs whether full screen or not.
After much testing I have concluded that whenever the mouse is moved to the top of the screen in a fast motion, any windows that are open or active will automatically minimize. I believe there was a fellow that had problems with his CS minimizing automatically, perhaps he had the same problem. /shrug. Any ideas on a fix?
Specs:
Windows XP Pro
Athlon XP 3000+
GeForce 6800
1 Gig RAM

I figured it out. There's a program he downloaded called Quick Macros. Apparently this application had some annoying feature where it would minimize anything whatsoever when you abruptly move the mouse to the top of the screen. :|

I was just going to ask if he had any programs that use mouse gestures for Windows. Yeah, he should just close that when running games. Programs like that are pretty helpful when just doing normal desktop work.
