CTRL+I not working in WMP

Well, this is not your average problem for WMP. I always use CTRL+I to take screenshots in WMP because it's a lot easier then to print screen then paste then save as, you know. Here is the funny thing about my problem. About two days ago I was using CTRL+I and everything was cool about it. Yesterday, out of literally no where, without changeing/touching/useing anything on/about it, WMP did not take the screen shots. I was told to make sure the "Use Overlays" button was off and that would fix it, however it is off but still no screenshots. Man this is frustrating!
If there is anything else I can do to describe the problem please tell me and I will, because no one seems to know what this possibly could be.
