Game Error, Plz Help.

Hi, im having a problem starting the game. Every time i start the game the intro plays and then after the intro is finished and it goes to bring me to the game menu the game goes from the blackscreen (loading) back to the desktop with an error. I previously posted this problem here about a year ago and had it fixed rather quickly. I was givin a link to a website with a lil bitty download took like 2 seconds to DL it then he/she told me to rename the movies file to something else (dont remember if i had to name it something random or specific). Anywho i was hoping someone could give me the link to this patch of some sort so i can DL it and rename the movies folder to something random (im sure) and begin playing!

I get the same error, but I do not even get the intro. As soon as I click the to open the game from a shortcut or directly, i get black screen and then the error.
I can't find any help...have you got any?
