What kind of graphics card do you have?
Posted by: Andrew7689
Hello
Have you checked that you have the latest version of the game like there is a patch for the game, but it depends on what other expansion packs you have installed, some newer expansion packs have got some older problems fixed in the newer version.
Regards
Andrew

Thank you for your reply.
I have Windows XP and all my other Simms games run fine .. apart from the pictures in Story teller.
I'm not sure what graphics card I have .. could it be "NVIDEA" ??
I have "Intel(R)Extreme Graphics Driver"
If this isn't what you mean .. can you tell me how I would find out what graphics card I have? Where do I look?
Thanks a lot.

To find out which nvidia card you have, right click on my computer, click on properties, click on the tab that says hardware, click on the button that says device manager, click on the plus sign next to display adapters and it should tell you which card you have.
If you can't find it there, click on the start menu, click on run and type in dxdiag and click on ok. Your card will be listed in the tab that says display. Someone here will be better able to help you if they know what card you have.
Or you could do it the easy way...

here wat it says nvidia geforce 4 mx intergrated cpu

Haha, you should probably check to make sure you have the latest drivers too.
You might want to consider upgrading your video card at some point. Your card is integraded, so you would probably want to purchase a PCI graphics card.
