Whenever I play games on my computer I get error messages telling me that the certain game has encountered a problem. It happens with any game i play i just get the error message! HOW DO I FIX THIS MADDNESS?!

Your going to have to be a little more specific. Post the error message and your system specs so we have more to work with.

This is the error message I get from War of the ring. Message's from other games are exactly identical except with the name replaced with its own.
Rings.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconveniance.
Please tell microsoft about this problem.

480mb of RAM
ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 series
cd rom dvd/burner
37.2 free harddrive space
