need u help on some game

hello evreyone im new
i have nba live 2006 in my pc , now when i saved the game on the season my power in the house want off , when i try to go to the save/load option in the game , the game closed and i was in my desktop , now the game run just fine if i dont try to save or load it ,evrey time i try it , the game closed and run me over to desktop .
what can i do to fix it ?
i unistall it and install it in a new folder and the some thing happnd agin
please help me out

What are your computer specs?
you can find out this a few ways. Right click on my computer and go to properties. Tell us what it says there

No, what videocard , how much RAM memory and what Windows are you on.
By the way, have you tried to find any update patches for the game.
Have you updated the videocard driver lately?

i have a pantium 2.8 xp pro system and gforce fx5600 videocard and 512sdram memory
i did upgrade my videocard driver , i can play the game i just cant save it , what can i do? how do i download a update pacth for the game ?
