Diablo Error!!please help!!

ok trying to download d2 exp but it aint working it goes to load then stops loading and goes to load again and stops completely (you kno how you can hear your tower like getting a higher sound) well anyways when in done installing this comes up and I was woundering if it has anything to do with it 1st it says something about a error then I go to show details and this is what pop's up

If you're trying to download it, there's lots of factors that could be involved here. If you're getting it off the web, maybe the website has problems, or if you're getting it from another computer, maybe their computer is messed up. If you can't figure it out at all, maybe you should buy the CD-Rom.

umm i did buy it i got it for christmas...kinda mistyped that up there
