Doom 3 problems

Hey, I recently got Doom 3 and after clicking Play, i recieved the error message "error during initialization" and got this:

Seems like it can't copy a file. Do you have enough free hard disk space? Or maybe you don't have enough rights with your current Windows user, try logging in as an administrator, then try to play again.
