Blank Internet Explorer

I have had an issue with IE opening blank pages in between my requested pages for a couple of weeks. In most cases, just one extra page will open up in between my windows, but every once in a while, it will open 10-15 blank pages. I'm sure this is a hijacker issue, but I have run Micrsoft Antispyware, Spybot, AdAware and Spyware Doctor and nothing is found.
I am attaching my Hijack This log.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just a quick check, is your shift key sticking by any chance? also are you using wireless keyboard or a mouse?
