128MB PCI Express™ x16 ATI Radeon™ X600 SE X600SE

Depends on what you are wanting to do, if you want to game, the X600SE offers rather limited performance, something like the X800Pro would give you much better performance, as for the sound card, there is no such thing as an "integrated sound blaster audigy" creative doesnt make integrated audio solutions. I would recommend the audigy 2 value, it is about $40 and has exceptional cost/performance value.

for the future, a post like this should go in the "Hardware" forum

is it that bad that itll lagg up the game progress playing CS?

will it have good graphics in cs?

If these are the best upgrades they offer (assuming the XPS 200 isn't a laptop) I'd take the minimum spec they offer (save yourself some money) and get yourself a PCIe x800, x1600, 6800GS, etc as any of these will absolutely slaughter the x600SE.
