Seems like they're only contactable by email through an online form. It does request your Limewire email address first though, if you're not sure what it is, you might have a problem getting through.
Hey, guess where I found that information? It was on the Limewire site. Man, who would've thought... Anyway, here's a link to their support section:

Got your reply you know you don't have to be such a smart --- you make me look like I'm stupid but for your information I already did try to put in my email address and it says it isn't a valid limewire email address, well I know it is because I'm looking at my credit card bill that I was charged on 2/15/05 and I also know it worked fine untill I tried to reinstall it on my new computer. So I just thought I would let you know my information so you don't try to make me look stupid, next time you answer someones questions that they need help with try to be alittle no alot nicer and polite.Thank You Terri

It's just that alot of people come here asking specific questions that they just could've looked up in their manual or on the manufacturer's website instead. I figured you'd be another one of those. Either way, I guess my reaction wasn't really appropriate. Sorry if I offended you.
Anyway, have you tried looking on the Lirewire forums yet? Seems like a good place to find what you're looking for.

I Can't figure out that How can I find something inside this Board by similar keywords instead of exact words.
I searched for similar keywords in http://www.google.com and
http://www.boardexplorer.com and I found this Board.
but inside the web site I could not find any intelligent search. you must know exact words to find related topics
any recommendation?

We don't have an intelligent search feature here. If you can't find what you're looking for, try using different keywords or simply create a new thread and ask your question.

I dont reccomed limewire. On the account of spyware. Bearshare is safer in my opinion. OR you can just re-download it but find a cracked one. ( That is the VERY non-safe way)
