Punkbuster problem

Hi to all
I hope this is the right section to post my problem in? here goes. I run a bf1942 server and yes I know it is an old game but we still have heavy traffic and a full server most of the time. I want to put passworded slots on my server and the only place I can see to do this is in serversetts.con, but I am not sure how to do this I have tried serveral ways but still not got it working, my game host is giving me no help and does not support blackbaggops. The admin tool I use is clanforge, so you may be my last hope. Would really appreicate any help with this problem.
