Fonts size in aol

My mother was asked at some point how her eye site was in aol or somewhere she can't remember and now has changed her fonts in AOL so big she can't print her letters in her insurance programs out they are so big. We have look all over and unlike internet explorer that has a view and you can change the font size we don't know how to change to make regular again. Can you please help us.
