SBC DSL / Linksys WRT54GS combo

I just started a network that connects to SBC Yahoo DSL with a 5100 modem. This connects to a Linksys WRT54GS router. Coming out of the router is a wire to the Linksys Wireless Access Point, and I have a pair of the Linksys Wireless Range Expanders. After running fine all day, the range expanders lost their connection. The workstations that are hard-wired are still connected to the internet at a reasonably fast connection; the only problem is with the wireless portion. One expander is picking up the signal directly from the router, the other is receiving the signal from the access point. Both of them dropped the connection at the same time. Do the range expanders need to be set to DHCP somehow? I remember when running the setup disk on them that it asked for an IP address, and had the boxes already filled in. The modem is bridged and the router is running PPPoE

On the main wireless router you want to drop the fragmentation to 2146 you can find this in the configuration page of the router and also the range extenders to 2146 for the fragmentation and also change the channel on the main router to 11 and also the range extenders to 11 reboot the wireless computers and then rescan for the network.
