first time poster here, sorry if this questions been answered.
just had some problems with my graphics card, i think. my comp was booting up ok then crashing after a couple of mins, after that i couldn't get a signal on my monitor and the comp was making a series of beeps. After pulling out the power cable for 5 mins i could get windows to load again. but only briefly before it crashed.
during one of those brief times i got windows to load, i reinstalled my graphics drivers (ATI Radeon, dunno the model) since then i don't seem to be having any problems.
So my question is....
Could the drivers have been the problem, even though it was failling before windows had loaded? or is this going to happen again!?
has anyone else had these problems??
Thanks to anyone who reads this, and even more thanks to those who reply.

Well, if your computer is working now I wouldn't worry too much about it. However, you might want to check your temperatures. You can do this by going into the Bios when your computer is starting up. Usually it's Del or one of the F buttons. It should say something like, "Press Del to enter setup..."
Somewhere in there under something similar to "PC Health," will be the temps.

I believe video drivers are loaded after the first Windows loading display.
