canon i860 print head removal???? Please help!

Hey guys, i have an i860 that has a clogged magenta color head. I have run the maintanance tools, including the nozzle check, head cleaner, deep cleaner, and every tool included but it will not print magenta (red). all other colors print fine. I cant even find on google on how to remove the print head, just everyone on other forums saying " yeah, you need to remove the print head and clean it" but there are no definitive steps outlined. Anyone got any ideas???

never mind, im gonna have to replace the printer anyways, as all my colors and black do not print at all. to replace the printer head, which is the culprit in my problem, would be $80, which is like half the price of a newer, better model. gotta love this technology! sometimes its better to trash it and get a new one than fix the one you got! shame, cuz i REALLY liked this model...
