network problems

when i try and access my mshome on my pc this massage comes up "MHhome is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions." of cours i am the admin and i have no ider how to fix this. i have tested all my hard wear changed network cables try a diffrent hub but still no change. both of my ps are connected to the internet through the same hub. but i still can not see pc 1 from pc 2 and i can not see pc 2 from pc 1 . they do not ping in cmd. does any one have any iders?
