TV on the PC

Hey all,
I just got a Dell Inspiron 6000 with windows XP media center with their Multimedia USB TV Tuner with Remote Control. I have hooked everything up but I have not "watch tv option" when I launch media center. According to a foot note on a manual I need a TV tuner card. Is this the correct diagnosis and if it is, what card would you recommend? Thanks for the help.

Wait, I thought you said that you have a usb tv tuner, if you do, then you just plug your coax/componant/s-vid cables into that and then plug your usb tuner into your tv, and that should let watch tv to your hearts delight.

Well, according to the media center's user's guide I need a tv tuner [I]card. So I'm wondering what type I should get.
