how do i get on the lkittle roof ledge thing in the map office. It is the one by the garage where the terroristts rush through. You go through the glass and on the blue dumpster with snow then there is taht ledge. It is hanging in the air. When u get on it it auto ducks. Dont know how else to describe it

You need to jump crouch and catch the very corner of the ledge. It's pretty hard to do, but with practice you will master it.
