Quake 4?

Hey all, I have a problem with Quake 4. It seems that everytime I finish Operation:Advantage and go to load Canyon, it loads about 30% and then returns me to the main menu again (new game, load game, exit, etc.) I've tried 3 times now and it has returned me back to the menu. Is there something wrong?

have you installed the latest patch? get it from their website if you havent already. i had similar problems before updating.

OK, updated to 1.0.4, now I get this on start up....
ERROR: Error: file pak010.pk4/scripts/maps/mcc_1.script, line 1541: Unknown value "oopSandseeAnim"
Suggestions?

Never mind, restart fixed that problem. But I still can't load Canyon...

have you updated video and sound drivers? what version of directx you running? to find out, type dxdiag in the run command and look for "about dx". report your findings back here.

I'm at Direct X 9.0c because it was required to run the graphics properly...
