surver busy notice for web cam

hello
the last 2 days I have tried to operate my cam in yahoo messenger ..I get a messege telling me server is busy please close and try again
why is this coninuing, when my pc tells me my cam is loaded and operating properly?
some body pls help send me a reply
I am lost both in my business world and private without my web cam.
pls e-mail me if you know answers
