StongHold Crusader problem

I downloaded and installed the patch for my game from Take 2-NA, and now when I try to run the game it tells me to insert the correct CD. There is only one disk to this game, it is the original that I bought at walmart, and I only have one CD-ROM on this computer.

You shouldn't need the stronghold crusader disk to play... I would suggest uninstalling the game, reinstalling it, and make sure to do the full install so you can play without the disk. Give that a try, repatch the game, and post your results.

Is there anyway to save what I've done so far, first? In the single player game there is 50 levels, and I've finished 37 of them.

Hi!
Search for the "Saved games folder" and make a backup of it. I.e. copy / paste it to "My documents" for ex.

No change. It doesn't ask for full install, but I've played it before I patched it with no cd.
