trouble with hotmail and msn messenger

For the past 3 days i havent been able 2 sign into messenger i get this error code 80048820 i used msn 7.5 i deleted messenger then went to the messenger website couldnt get in says page cant be display and i get the same procedure with goin into hotmail. I also cant sign into MSN explorer 6.

i download firefox but it still doesn work says connection to loginnetpassport.
