Downloading a language pack

So I want to install the Japanese language pack pack for win2k pro, but I don't want to unpack boxes to find my 2k install disk. Trying to navigate through microsoft.com is worse than trying to rescue a baby from the clutches of David Bowie via the Bog of Eternal Stench. Does anyone know if/how/where I could get it?
