Cant Host Via Internet and Lan

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Ok so I've read a million posts and tried just about everything and still no luck..... I host games on battle.net and nobody can join..... I try and host games via Lan and the other computer recieves the info that there is a hosted game, yet freezes when trying to join.......

My router is a Broadband SWEEX LB000020

I've already gone through the port forwarding steps and used the guide they had at portforward.com yet still no luck....

I've also heard of people resolving this issue by turning off Port triggering, but I cannot seem to find an option on my router settings....

I also thought that Mcafee could have been the issue so I uninstalled it....

I have Windows Firewall turned off....

Hmmmmm... am I missing something?

Help would be appreciated..... thanks

anyone?

usually when hosting a lan game with blizzard all parties entering the game must have the same version. such as if you and i were playing diablo 2 together and i had version 1.10 and you had 1.09 you usually would not be able to enter a game with me. i had this problem once and when i updated i had no problem entering games or hosting games.

Yeah... well we all have the same version..... I'm hoping that this is only a bug issue and that a new patch will eventually fix it........ if not.... then I have no idea what the problem is.....

Ok... so I bought a new router hoping that this would have solved this issue... but apparently it hasn't........ I'm very frustrated at the moment.... so if there is anyone out there who could help.... I would really really appreciate it...

I now have a linksys wireless router Model: WRT54G

I've went through the port forwarding options and still no luck....

please help!!!

thanks
