Hi. New here; hope I'm not foxing anyone's paws...

I think my title summarized it... A few more details:

We've got an organization of about 20 people, who can all print to various networked printers (HP 1050 plotter, HP LJ 4200, HP Color LJ 8500).

The server is running Windows 2000 Pro, service pack 4.

After the server reboots, ONE of the printers (the 8500) won't print, until an Admin-privileged user prints. Then everything's OK again ('til the next crash or reboot). The other printers don't need this odd privileged-print thingie.

Insights, comments, advice all welcome. Even flames, if they include useful & topical content.

Thanks!
