my question is how does a person dissconect from a command and conquer generals online game , when someone is cheating real bad in game play? thanks noobie one canobi.

You can press escape to bring up the menu and just exit the game. This will give you a loss on your record, unless you do it within the first 45 seconds or so.
There isn't any way to get out clean, because if there was, everyone would use it everytime they were losing.
