Need help with errors after downloading LOD

When i go to download D2 LOD it does just fine, but when its done a long list of errors comes up saying that it couldn't do them cause of some process. Can someone plzz help me with this prob. thank

Are you downloading it from the internet or just installing it from the CDs? What is the exact error message?
