Diablo 3?

Theres a significant buzz on the internet regarding a third installment of Diablo. Anyone know anything else about it?

yea i heard that they're gonnna make diablo 3 but they're not sure coz diablo 2 LOD came out just 2 years ago.

Me 2. One would believe that blizzard would make a third when the other two have been such succesfull! I sure hope so. Been waiting for Diablo 3 for many years now... :P Just wish they could come with some information..

try 3 months away from 5 years... it was release in june 2001

Yeah, I find it strange too that Blizzard have'nt made a 3rd version. They would make a bundle if they did.
I've heard though, that the guys that have the legal rights to the Diablo consept. Left Blizzard a while after finishing D2. But I can't confirm if it's true.
And some claim it would be hard to find a logical way to continue, as the evil guys died in the last game. But evil guys like them have an irritating habit of resurrecting after a while anyway lol.
Or maybe that angel who throw his sword at the stone of evil, got hit by a shard in the head and takes up where Mephisto and the other guys left off?
There are always a way to find a new start.

Hahaha, his name's Andarial or somethin' isn't it? Oh hell, I can't remember. That'd be somethin' though, if Bliz actually decided to roll with some crazy idea like that. I'd prolly still buy it, 'cause I'm a sucker like that.

Me too! I would love to see "Diablo 3" with all the new graphics goodies of today can offer.

Most of Blizzard's original team jumped ship when VU started demanding changes, so any future products from them with old titles will likely be vastly different in scope.

Why is it so damn har to get a single word out of those blizzard-guys?? Do they just like tormenting us with their lack of information? Making us sit here and wonder if Diablo will come back and play with our mighty characters...
