DVD R+/- conversion

Hey,
I'm trying to burn DVD's for a friend that is trying to send copies of her basketball games to different colleges for consideration. Her original copy is on a DVD R- and the only burner we have is a R+...is there any way to make this work?

If you are doing a straight copy from one DVD to another, this should work as long as the source drive is able to read the dvd-r format. If this is a DVD rom drive it should be OK.
