Hello everyone,
Signed up today and allready am very impressed by the site and the layout. You guys seem to be a nice relaxed and friendly bunch and I look forward to exchanging tips and ideas with everyone.
I am a PC\Network support technician at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine campus on the island of Trinidad. The University has three campuses in Trinidad, Jamaica and Barbados. I deal mostly with user support help desk issues and first line network troubleshooting.
