You mean junk (spam) mail? You should stop using outlook express, (its crap, only good for reading newsgroups) and install something like Microsoft Outlook, or Mozilla Thunderbird if you don't want to spend any money. Or you could get a third party antispam program like McAfee SpamKiller. If you have a huge spam problem and are willing to spend some money, Microsoft Outlook and McAfee SpamKiller are a good pair.
