Yahoo messenger

I am having a problem with my yahoo messenger. When I am chatting with someone on my yahoo messenger, i try to click on thier names to view their profiles it will not pull up, even if I click view profile from the tool bar I am unable to view. Not only the profiles, but anything I click on from my yahoo messenger that takes it to open up another window, it will not come up. Please help

Do you have firewall installed? If so disable it temporaryily & re-try with Yahoo messenger. If this now works you will need to configure your firewall correctly.
