Lost Eschutas To Malah. Help

Hey I was wondering If someone could help here I joined a game called baal 4 q in nightmare difficulty to rush my friend. Accidentaly I sold my eschutas because game lagged and i clicked on a item i picked up and it went to my eschutas and it was sold and i could not get it back the eschutas had a 4-4 light facet in it and I feel horrible because it didnt belong to me so if someone could reemberse me it would be great. Im not lying i have people who witnessed it and i have screenshots. Please respond battlenet I beg of you.

wow. Really bad situation.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think i remember reading somewhere that they under no circumstances give back items that are lost by a mistake or something. However, you should anyway try to contact some of the support-guys in some of the D2 chat-rooms and hear with them. Maybe the will help you out..
