Finding Nemo Issues?

My son loves to play finding nemo on the computer, but when I open the game at times, the screen will stay black and will not open the game. The game will not ESC and will not ALT+CTRL+DELETE from the black screen. The computer is forced to be shutdown manually. Does any know the reason for this issue??

Is this a game on a CD-ROM? If it's old enough it may require certain drivers from Ideo that they no longer make available as a distibution on applications. You might try clicking start, run, and then typing DXDIAG in the "open" box and running it. If any part of the testing in the tab/box marked "display" fails this may be the problem. In that case Google comes in handy to find a replacement for anything you're missing.

This game is on a CD-ROM and all the testing is perfect in the DXDIAG. I probably just need a video card for my empty AGP slot. I dont think that my intell graphics can handle the game.
