Alright, I know these things are all over the place, but I need help. I read a few of the ones for the port forwarding and crap, but I still have the problem. I had an old MSN 1000 box, got new one, now I need help with this one. I would like to know what else I am doing wrong. I viewed this, check it, did it, redid it, and double checked, but it isn't working still. http://www.opentechsupport.net/foru...ead.php?t=41107. Can someone offer more help??? I am not very computer literate, but I do understand most things. Please help me. Here are more stats that you may need:
DSL BOX: ActionTec GT701
Computer Type: HP Pavilion a305w
Connection: Wall to DSL box to Computer via ethernet.
Microsoft Firewall: Off
DSL Firewall: Off, it says only NAT connections though...don't know if that matters...
