I bought it tonight from work, and after I installed it and it asked for the CD key, it declined the key.  The key is written on the manual in the format
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
like most games, but no matter how many times I tried to enter it, it wouldn't work. Does anybody know what format to use?
For example, I tried to enter it with -'s (hyphens), with all caps, with no caps, in every possible combination imaginable. Any ideas?

It's very rare, but may be the wrong cd for that key or vice versa in that game box.Games are mass produced and shit happends. Return the game.
