Knight Online Egames version

So you feel like helpin me? Well, i checked their faq, and i couldnt find my problem listed. the www is www.knight-online.com.my .... The launcher says i have not got an internet connection... does anyone know if my firewall might be blocking it? (i have a router with built in firewall, but i know how to disable it. though i rather dont)
im thankfull for any help i can get 
EDIT: the router i have is an MR314 apparently, and "the object is protected" so that didnt work... any more ideas?
